Air Fryer Salmon Bites (Teriyaki)

Ingredients
- 1 lb salmon fillet, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp cornstarch (optional for crisp edges)
- 1 tbsp teriyaki sauce
- to taste Sesame seeds
Method
- Toss salmon with soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, cornstarch, and seasonings.
- Air fry at 400°F for 7–9 minutes, shaking once, until caramelized and flaky.
- Serve over rice with cucumbers or greens.
- Top with sesame seeds and scallions.
