Baked Cod (Miso Ginger)

white miso 1 tbsp
soy sauce 1 tbsp
sesame oil 1 tsp
grated ginger 1 tsp
honey 1 tbsp
Lemon wedges (optional) to taste
Method
1 HEATHeat oven to 400°F. Line a baking dish or sheet pan.
2 PLACEPlace fish in dish; whisk seasoning/marinade ingredients and spoon over fish.
3 BAKEBake at 400°F 10–12 minutes until flaky.
4 SERVEServe with lemon wedges if desired.
