Air Fryer Crispy Tofu (Sweet Chili)
Pressing tofu removes water and improves crispness.
Ingredients
- 1/4 oz extra-firm tofu, pressed and cubed
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup sweet chili sauce
Method
- Toss tofu with soy sauce, oil, cornstarch, salt, and seasonings.
- Air fry at 400°F for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway, until crisp.
- Serve with rice and a dipping sauce.
- Toss with sweet chili sauce after crisping.
