Baked French Toast Casserole

milk 2 cups
sugar 1/3 cup
cinnamon 1 tsp
vanilla 1 tsp
Topping: 1/2 cup brown sugar + 1/2 cup flour + 6 tbsp butter to taste
Method
1 HEATHeat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13 pan.
2 PLACEPlace bread cubes in the pan.
3 WHISKWhisk eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla; pour over bread; rest 10 minutes.
4 CUTCut butter into topping ingredients; sprinkle over.
5 BAKEBake 40–50 minutes until puffed and golden.
