Baked French Toast Casserole
Casseroles are great for meal prep—cool, then refrigerate for up to 4 days.
Ingredients
- 1 loaf bread, cubed
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla
- to taste Topping: 1/2 cup brown sugar + 1/2 cup flour + 6 tbsp butter
Method
- Heat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13 pan.
- Place bread cubes in the pan.
- Whisk eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla; pour over bread; rest 10 minutes.
- Cut butter into topping ingredients; sprinkle over.
- Bake 40–50 minutes until puffed and golden.
