Baked Salmon (Lemon Dill)

Ingredients
- 1.5 lb salmon
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- to taste Black pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 2 tbsp chopped dill
Method
- Heat oven to 400°F.
- Place salmon on a lined sheet pan; drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake 10–12 minutes until flaky.
- Finish with lemon juice, zest, and dill.
