Baked Tilapia (Cajun)

olive oil 2 tbsp
Cajun seasoning 2 tsp
salt (optional) 1 tsp
Black pepper to taste
Lemon wedges (optional) to taste
Method
1 HEATHeat oven to 400°F. Line a baking dish or sheet pan.
2 PLACEPlace fish in dish; whisk seasoning/marinade ingredients and spoon over fish.
3 BAKEBake at 425°F 10–12 minutes until flaky.
4 SERVEServe with lemon wedges if desired.
