Baked Tilapia (Garlic Lemon)

olive oil 2 tbsp
garlic, minced 3 cloves
lemon juice 1 tbsp
salt 1 tsp
Black pepper to taste
Lemon wedges (optional) to taste
Method
1 HEATHeat oven to 400°F. Line a baking dish or sheet pan.
2 PLACEPlace fish in dish; whisk seasoning/marinade ingredients and spoon over fish.
3 BAKEBake at 400°F 12–15 minutes until flaky.
4 FINISHFinish with lemon.
5 SERVEServe with lemon wedges if desired.
