Barbacoa Beef Tacos (Slow Cooker)

salt 2 tsp
cumin 1 tsp
oregano 1 tsp
chipotles in adobo + 1 tbsp sauce 2
broth 1/2 cup
vinegar 1 tbsp
tortillas 8–12
Onion and cilantro to taste
Method
1 ADDAdd beef, seasonings, chipotles, broth, and vinegar to slow cooker.
2 COOKCook on low 8 hours until shreddable; shred and toss in juices.
3 SERVEServe in warm tortillas with onion and cilantro.
