Buffalo Meatballs

ground beef (or turkey) 1 lb
breadcrumbs 1/2 cup
egg 1
grated Parmesan 1/4 cup
garlic, minced 2 cloves
chopped parsley 2 tbsp
salt 1 tsp
Black pepper to taste
olive oil (for browning) 1 tbsp
buffalo sauce 1/3 cup
melted butter 2 tbsp
Ranch for serving to taste
Method
1 HEATHeat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
2 MIXMix meat, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper until just combined.
3 ROLLRoll into 16 meatballs and place on the sheet.
4 BAKEBake 15–18 minutes until cooked through.
5 TOSSToss meatballs with buffalo sauce and melted butter.
6 SERVEServe with ranch or blue cheese.

  • 1/3 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • to taste Ranch for serving

Method
