freshly cracked black pepper 2 tsp
pasta water (reserved) 1 cup
Method
1 COOKCook pasta; reserve pasta water.
2 TOASTToast pepper in a dry pan 30 seconds; add 1/2 cup pasta water.
3 TOSSToss pasta with pepper water off heat; add cheese gradually with more water to form a creamy sauce.
