Cajun Jambalaya (Easy)

Method
1 SAUTÉSauté onion, pepper, celery in oil 6 minutes; add garlic 30 seconds.
2 BROWNBrown sausage; stir in Cajun seasoning.
3 ADDAdd tomatoes, rice, broth, and salt; simmer covered 20–25 minutes until rice is tender.
4 RESTRest 5 minutes and serve.
