Chicken Biryani (Simplified)

Method
1 SAUTÉSauté onion in oil until golden, 8 minutes.
2 ADDAdd chicken, salt, and spices; cook 5 minutes.
3 STIRStir in rice and broth; cover and simmer 18–20 minutes.
4 STIRStir in yogurt; rest 5 minutes; top with cilantro.
