Black pepper to taste
flour 1/2 cup
eggs 2
panko 1 cup
Oil for frying to taste

Pickles and mayo to taste
Method
1 SEASONSeason chicken.
2 DREDGEDredge in flour, dip in egg, then coat in panko.
3 SHALLOW-FRYShallow-fry 3–4 minutes per side until golden and 165°F.
4 ASSEMBLEAssemble on buns with pickles and mayo.
