Black pepper to taste

cheese 4 slices
Toppings: lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles to taste
Condiments: ketchup, mustard, mayo to taste
Method
1 FORMForm 4 patties; season with salt and pepper.
2 COOKCook in a hot skillet or grill 3–4 minutes per side (or to desired doneness).
3 ADDAdd cheese for the last minute to melt.
4 TOASTToast buns; assemble with toppings and condiments.
