Cottage Cheese Flatbread (Italian Herb)

eggs (or 1/2 cup egg whites + 1 egg) 2
salt 1/2 tsp
garlic powder (optional) 1/2 tsp
Italian seasoning 1 tsp
Method
1 HEATHeat oven to 375°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment.
2 BLENDBlend cottage cheese and eggs until smooth.
3 STIRStir in salt (and garlic powder).
4 POURPour batter into a thin oval/rectangle on the parchment.
5 STIRStir Italian seasoning into the batter.
6 BAKEBake 25–30 minutes until set and lightly golden.
7 COOLCool 5 minutes before using as a wrap, flatbread, or pizza base.
