COOKCook pasta; reserve pasta water.

SAUTÉSauté garlic in oil 30 seconds; add chili flakes and tomato paste; cook 2 minutes until darker.

STIRStir in cream and pasta water; simmer 2 minutes; season.

TOSSToss pasta with sauce; top with Parmesan and basil.
