Crispy Salmon Bowl
A delicious crispy salmon bowl recipe
Ingredients
- 12 oz salmon, cubed
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 cups cooked rice
- to taste Cucumber and avocado
- to taste Sesame and scallions
Method
- Toss salmon with soy, sesame, honey, and cornstarch.
- Air fry at 400°F 7–9 minutes (or bake) until crisp.
- Serve over rice with cucumber, avocado, sesame, and scallions.
