salmon, cubed 12 oz
soy sauce 1 tbsp
sesame oil 1 tsp
honey 1 tsp
cornstarch 1 tbsp
cooked rice 2 cups
Cucumber and avocado to taste
Sesame and scallions to taste
Method
1 TOSSToss salmon with soy, sesame, honey, and cornstarch.
2 AIRAir fry at 400°F 7–9 minutes (or bake) until crisp.
3 SERVEServe over rice with cucumber, avocado, sesame, and scallions.
