Dumpling Bake (Creamy)
Use any frozen dumplings; gyoza work great too.
Ingredients
- 1 bag (16–20 oz) frozen dumplings
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (or mushroom)
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup frozen mixed veggies
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- to taste Scallions (optional)
Method
- Heat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9x13 baking dish.
- Whisk soup and milk; stir in veggies and pepper.
- Add frozen dumplings and toss to coat; top with cheese.
- Bake 30–35 minutes until dumplings are hot and sauce is bubbly.
- Top with scallions and serve.
