salt 1/2 tsp
Black pepper to taste
flour 1/3 cup
olive oil 2 tbsp
butter 2 tbsp
broth 1/3 cup
lemon juice 2 tbsp
capers 2 tbsp
Parsley to taste
Method
1 SEASONSeason fish; dredge lightly in flour.
2 SEARSear in oil 2–3 minutes per side; remove.
3 ADDAdd butter, broth, lemon, and capers; simmer 2 minutes.
4 RETURNReturn fish to coat; finish with parsley.

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Method
