Fish Tacos with Lime Slaw

oil 1 tbsp
chili powder 1 tsp
salt 1/2 tsp
Black pepper to taste
tortillas 8
Slaw: 2 cups shredded cabbage + 2 tbsp mayo + 1 tbsp lime juice + pinch salt to taste
Salsa and cilantro to taste
Method
1 TOSSToss cabbage slaw ingredients and set aside.
2 SEASONSeason fish; pan-sear in oil 2–3 minutes per side until flaky.
3 WARMWarm tortillas; assemble with slaw, fish, and salsa.
