Focaccia (Rosemary)
Bread dough rises faster in a warm spot; slower in a cool kitchen.
Ingredients
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 1/4 tsp yeast
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp olive oil (pan)
- 2 tbsp rosemary
- to taste Flaky salt
Method
- Mix flour, salt, yeast, water, and 1/4 cup oil to form a sticky dough.
- Cover and rise 60–90 minutes until doubled.
- Oil a 9x13 pan; spread dough; rest 20 minutes.
- Dimple dough; drizzle oil; top with rosemary and flaky salt.
- Bake at 425°F for 20–25 minutes until golden.
