Garlic Butter Udon Noodles
A delicious garlic butter udon noodles recipe
Ingredients
- 12 oz udon noodles
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- to taste Scallions and sesame seeds
Method
- Cook udon according to package; drain.
- Melt butter and oil in a skillet; sauté garlic 20 seconds.
- Stir in soy sauce, vinegar, and sesame oil.
- Toss noodles in sauce until coated and hot.
- Top with scallions and sesame seeds.
