yogurt 1/2 cup
oil 2 tbsp

Method
1 MIXMix flour, salt, sugar, yeast; stir in milk, yogurt, and oil to form dough.
2 KNEADKnead 5 minutes; rise 60 minutes.
3 DIVIDEDivide into 8; roll ovals.
4 COOKCook in hot skillet 1–2 minutes per side until blistered.
5 BRUSHBrush with butter/garlic if desired.
