long-grain rice, rinsed 1 1/2 cups
broth 2 1/2 cups
frozen peas (optional) 1 cup
Method
1 SETSet Instant Pot to sauté; cook onion 3 minutes; add garlic 30 seconds.
2 ADDAdd chicken, salt, and paprika; sauté 2 minutes.
3 STIRStir in rinsed rice and broth.
4 PRESSUREPressure cook on High for 8 minutes; natural release 10 minutes, then quick release.
5 FLUFF;Fluff; stir in peas to warm through.
