butter 3 tbsp
white miso 1 tbsp
soy sauce 1 tbsp
garlic, grated 1 clove
lemon juice 1 tbsp
pasta water 1/3 cup
Scallions and sesame seeds to taste
Method
1 COOKCook pasta; reserve pasta water.
2 MELTMelt butter; whisk in miso, soy sauce, garlic, lemon, and pasta water.
3 TOSSToss with pasta until glossy; top with scallions and sesame.
