mixed vegetables (raw or cooked) 2 cups
Protein of choice (optional) to taste
soy sauce 2 tbsp
chili crisp 1 tbsp
rice vinegar 1 tbsp
sesame oil 1 tsp
garlic 2 cloves
Scallions (optional) to taste
Method
1 COOKCook noodles; drain.
2 WHISKWhisk sauce ingredients.
3 TOSSToss noodles with vegetables (and protein if using) and sauce.
4 TOPTop with scallions and serve.

Method
