One-Pot Creamy Parmesan Orzo

garlic 2 cloves
orzo 1 1/2 cups
broth 4 cups
cream 1/2 cup
grated Parmesan 3/4 cup
salt 1 tsp
Black pepper to taste
Spinach (optional) to taste
Method
1 SAUTÉSauté onion in oil 4 minutes; add garlic 30 seconds.
2 STIRStir in orzo and broth; simmer, stirring, 10–12 minutes until tender.
3 STIRStir in cream and Parmesan; season.
4 FOLDFold in spinach to wilt if using.
