Method

SAUTÉSauté onion in oil 5 minutes; add garlic and paprika 30 seconds.

ADDAdd rice and broth (and saffron); simmer 20 minutes without stirring much.

ADDAdd peas and pepper for last 5 minutes; add shrimp on top and cook until pink.

Notes
For rice dishes, rinse rice for fluffier texture unless making risotto.
