Peanut Noodles
For rice dishes, rinse rice for fluffier texture unless making risotto.

Sauce: 1/3 cup peanut butter + 2 tbsp soy sauce + 1 tbsp rice vinegar + 1 tbsp honey + 1 tsp sesame oil + 1/3 cup water to taste
shredded carrots 1 cup
cucumber 1 cup
Scallions to taste
Chili flakes (optional) to taste
Method
1 COOKCook noodles; rinse briefly and drain.
2 WHISKWhisk sauce until smooth.
3 TOSSToss noodles with sauce and vegetables.
4 TOPTop with scallions and chili flakes.
