Shrimp Fried Rice
A delicious shrimp fried rice recipe
Ingredients
- 3 cups day-old rice
- 1 lb shrimp
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup mixed veggies
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp oil
- to taste Scallions
Method
- Sear shrimp 2–3 minutes; remove.
- Scramble eggs; remove.
- Stir-fry veggies; add rice and seasonings; return shrimp and eggs; top scallions.
