Shrimp Scampi Pasta

shrimp, peeled 1 lb
butter 3 tbsp
olive oil 2 tbsp
garlic, sliced 4 cloves
white wine or broth 1/3 cup
lemon juice 2 tbsp
salt 1/2 tsp
Parsley to taste
Method
1 COOKCook pasta; reserve pasta water.
2 SAUTÉSauté garlic in butter/oil 30 seconds; add shrimp and cook 1–2 minutes per side.
3 ADDAdd wine/broth and lemon; simmer 1 minute.
4 TOSSToss with pasta and a splash of pasta water; finish with parsley.
