COOKCook pasta; reserve pasta water.

SAUTÉSauté garlic in butter/oil 30 seconds; add shrimp and cook 1–2 minutes per side.

ADDAdd wine/broth and lemon; simmer 1 minute.

TOSSToss with pasta and a splash of pasta water; finish with parsley.
