Slow Cooker Lemon Herb Chicken
Use thighs for the juiciest slow-cooker chicken, but breasts work too.
Ingredients
- 1.5 lb chicken thighs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- to taste Juice of 2 lemons
- 1/4 cup broth
- to taste Olive oil
Method
- Add chicken, salt, oregano, garlic powder, lemon juice, broth, and 1 tbsp olive oil to slow cooker.
- Cook on low 5–6 hours.
- Serve with the lemony pan juices and roasted potatoes or rice.
