Slow Cooker Salsa Chicken
Use thighs for the juiciest slow-cooker chicken, but breasts work too.
Ingredients
- 1.5 lb chicken breasts
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 2 cups salsa
Method
- Add chicken, salt, cumin, chili powder, and salsa to slow cooker.
- Cook on low 6–7 hours (or high 3–4) until shreddable.
- Shred chicken and stir into salsa; serve in tacos, bowls, or salads.
Notes
Use thighs for the juiciest slow-cooker chicken, but breasts work too.
