oil 1 tbsp
Method
1 HEATHeat a cast-iron skillet until very hot; add a little oil.
2 DIVIDEDivide beef into 4 balls; place in skillet and smash thin with a spatula.
3 SEASON;Season; cook 2 minutes; flip and add cheese; cook 1–2 minutes.
4 SERVEServe on toasted buns.
