Spicy Chili Crisp Noodles
Add a soft-boiled egg or sautéed greens to make it a full meal.
Ingredients
- 12 oz noodles (ramen, udon, or spaghetti)
- 2 tbsp chili crisp
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
- to taste Scallions
- to taste Sesame seeds (optional)
Method
- Cook noodles; drain.
- Whisk chili crisp, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, and honey if using.
- Toss noodles with sauce until coated.
- Top with scallions and sesame seeds.
