Swedish Meatballs (Quick)

breadcrumbs 1/2 cup
egg 1
grated Parmesan 1/4 cup
garlic, minced 2 cloves
chopped parsley 2 tbsp
salt 1 tsp
Black pepper to taste
olive oil (for browning) 1 tbsp
butter 2 tbsp
flour 2 tbsp
beef broth 2 cups
cream 1/2 cup
Dijon 1 tsp
salt 1/2 tsp
Method
1 HEATHeat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
2 MIXMix meat, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper until just combined.
3 ROLLRoll into 16 meatballs and place on the sheet.
4 BAKEBake 15–18 minutes until cooked through.
5 MAKEMake gravy: melt butter, whisk in flour 1 minute.
6 WHISKWhisk in broth; simmer until thickened; stir in cream and Dijon; season.
7 ADDAdd meatballs and simmer 5 minutes; serve over mashed potatoes.

Method
