extra-firm tofu, pressed and cubed 1/4 oz
oil 1 tbsp
soy sauce 1 tbsp
cornstarch 1 tbsp
taco seasoning 1 tsp
tortillas 8
Slaw and salsa to taste
Method
1 TOSSToss tofu with oil, soy sauce, cornstarch, and seasoning.
2 BAKEBake at 425°F for 20 minutes (or pan-crisp) until browned.
3 SERVEServe in tortillas with slaw and salsa.
