Tuna Noodle Casserole
Casseroles are great for meal prep—cool, then refrigerate for up to 4 days.
Ingredients
- 12 oz egg noodles
- 2 cans tuna, drained
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 tsp salt
- to taste Black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp melted butter
Method
- Heat oven to 375°F.
- Cook noodles; drain.
- Mix noodles with tuna, soup, milk, peas, salt, pepper, and cheddar.
- Pour into a baking dish; top with breadcrumbs tossed with melted butter.
- Bake 20–25 minutes until bubbly.
