Turkey Burgers (Greek)
Toast buns for better texture.
Ingredients
- 1 1/3 lb ground turkey
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- to taste Black pepper
- 1 tbsp oil
- 4 buns
- to taste Toppings of choice
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tbsp crumbled feta
- to taste Tzatziki for serving
Method
- Mix turkey with salt, garlic powder, and pepper; form 4 patties.
- Cook in oiled skillet 4–5 minutes per side until 165°F.
- Toast buns and assemble.
- Mix oregano and feta into patties; serve with tzatziki.
