Turkey Burgers (Greek)

salt 1 tsp
garlic powder 1 tsp
Black pepper to taste
oil 1 tbsp
buns 4
Toppings of choice to taste
dried oregano 1 tsp
crumbled feta 2 tbsp
Tzatziki for serving to taste
Method
1 MIXMix turkey with salt, garlic powder, and pepper; form 4 patties.
2 COOKCook in oiled skillet 4–5 minutes per side until 165°F.
3 TOASTToast buns and assemble.
4 MIXMix oregano and feta into patties; serve with tzatziki.
