Veggie Black Bean Burgers

breadcrumbs 1/2 cup
egg 1
cumin 1 tsp
chili powder 1 tsp
salt 1/2 tsp
onion, diced 1/4 cup
oil 2 tbsp
buns 4
Method
1 MASHMash beans until mostly broken down.
2 STIRStir in breadcrumbs, egg, spices, salt, and onion; form 4 patties.
3 PAN-FRYPan-fry in oil 4–5 minutes per side until browned.
4 SERVEServe on buns with toppings.
