Ingredients

  • a four-pound cod.
  • salt.
  • pepper.
  • lemon juice.
  • Oyster Stuffing.

Method

  1. Clean a four-pound cod, sprinkle with salt and pepper, brush over with lemon juice, stuff, and sew.
  2. Gash, skewer, and bake as Baked Halibut with Stuffing.
  3. Serve with Oyster Sauce.
