  • cold boiled ham
  • Sauce Tartare
  • thin slices buttered bread prepared as for Bread and Butter Folds

Method

  1. Finely chop cold boiled ham, and moisten with Sauce Tartare. ( Boiled Ham. )
  2. Spread between thin slices of buttered bread prepared as for Bread and Butter Folds. ( Bread and Butter Folds. )
