  • 4 cups water.
  • 1 cup sugar.
  • ⅔ cup Crême de Menthe cordial.
  • Burnett's Leaf Green.
  • Lemon Ice.

Method

  1. Make a syrup as for Lemon Ice, add cordial and coloring; strain and freeze.
