- a few drops lemon juice
- Thick White Sauce
- lobster meat (optional)
Method
- Finely chop crab meat, season with salt, cayenne, and a few drops of lemon juice, then moisten with Thick White Sauce.
- Lobster meat may be used in place of crab meat.
