Ingredients

  • Brioche dough
  • one-half white of egg, slightly beaten
  • one-half tablespoon cold water
  • powdered sugar

Method

  1. Shape Brioche dough in sticks similar to Bread Sticks.
  2. Place on a buttered sheet, cover, and let rise fifteen minutes.
  3. Brush over with white of one egg slightly beaten and diluted with one-half tablespoon cold water.
  4. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and bake ten minutes.
  5. These are delicious served with coffee or chocolate.
