Ingredients

  • summer squash
  • salt
  • pepper
  • crumbs
  • egg
  • fat

Method

  1. Wash and cut in one-half inch pieces.
  2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, dip in crumbs, egg, and crumbs again, fry in hot fat, and drain.
