Ingredients

  • 4 teaspoons bakingpowder.
  • 1½teaspoon salt.
  • 1 cup milk.
  • 1 egg.
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter.

Method

  1. Mix and sift dry ingredients ; add milk, egg well beaten, and butter ; bake in shallow buttered pan in hot oven twenty minutes.
