Ingredients
- ½ cup chopped apple
- ½ cup rolled common crackers
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 lemon, grated rind
- 1 teaspoon melted butter
Method
- Mix ingredients in order given and bake with two crusts.
