Ingredients

  • ½ cup chopped apple
  • ½ cup rolled common crackers
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 lemon, grated rind
  • 1 teaspoon melted butter

Method

  1. Mix ingredients in order given and bake with two crusts.
