Ingredients

  • 1½ lbs. maple sugar
  • 1½ lbs. sugar
  • 1 cup hot water
  • ¼ teaspoon cream of tartar

Method

  1. Break maple sugar in pieces, and add to remaining ingredients.
  2. Boil and work same as White Fondant.
