  • Mashed Potatoes
  • one tablespoon butter

Method

  1. Prepare Mashed Potatoes, turn in hot omelet pan greased with one tablespoon butter, spread evenly, cook slowly until browned underneath, and fold as an omelet. ( Mashed Potatoes. )
